Structure
• The funds-providing partner will sign an operating agreement under a new limited partnership “LLC” that will be registered in a state to be determined accordingly.
• The new LLC will include the fund-providing partner, “Party One”, and the manager Inpex Trading, “Party Two”.
• The two parties will share in the ownership of the new LLC and a new trading account will be opened under the new LLC name.
• The funding provider, Party One, will be able to receive their profits from the trading account into their bank account at the end of each month or otherwise as agreed upon by the parties.
1. Party One will make a cash deposit in the trading account.
2. Party Two will open a trading account at a brokerage firm at a location desired by Party One.
3. The account will be opened under the name of the new LLC.
4. Party Two will obtain Virtual Private Server (VPS) coordinates.
5. Party Two will obtain MetaTrader4 (MT4) coordinates.
6. Party Two will manage the software program and the program activities via the VPS remote connection.
7. Each party will have access to the trading screen at all times in real time for the purpose of total transparency.
